This is a products liability action in which the plaintiff, Ronny Jackson, alleges that he was damaged by a solvent that was sold by defendants Gerald E. Thomas, d/b/a Wichita Solvent Company (WSC), and Arrowhead Marketing to his employer. Summary judgment was granted to defendants, and Jackson appeals.
