OPINION

FOWLER, Justice.

Appellant pled not guilty to intoxication manslaughter and felony driving while intoxicated ("DWI"). A jury found appellant guilty of intoxication manslaughter and made a finding that appellant's motor vehicle was a deadly weapon. The jury sentenced appellant to 18 years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and assessed a $10,000.00 fine.
