ROSS, Justice.

Joel Yaws appeals from his conviction for possession of cocaine in an amount less than one gram. Yaws filed a pretrial motion to suppress the cocaine, which the trial court overruled. Thereafter, he entered a conditional guilty plea pursuant to a plea agreement, reserving his right to appeal.
