QUINN, Justice.

Brandon Taylor (Taylor) appeals from a judgment under which he was convicted of possessing child pornography. His three issues concern the validity of the warrant authorizing the search of his home. The warrant was allegedly defective because the affidavit tendered in support of the application 1) lacked sufficient allegation to establish probable cause to believe that the evidence sought would be at the locale searched, 2) contained stale information...
