OPINION

HANSON, Judge.

Appellant made a motion under Minn. Stat. § 518.145, subd. 2(3) (2000) to reopen a dissolution judgment for fraud. He now argues that the district court erred in denying that motion (1) by applying the legal standard for fraud on the court, when the lesser standard of ordinary fraud was applicable, and (2) by denying the motion without an evidentiary hearing, even though he presented evidence that respondent did not fully disclose...
