Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by providing that all the sentences imposed shall run concurrently; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that the evidence was legally insufficient to establish his guilt of attempted robbery in the first degree beyond a reasonable doubt because the People failed to establish his intent to forcibly steal.
