Before the Court is Debtor's Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt. The Complaint describes six debts, each of which is recognized to arise out of a divorce, and asks the Court to determine whether they are non-dischargeable under § 523(a)(5) or § 523(a)(15), and if under § 523(a)(15), whether the Debtor is entitled to a discharge under the exceptions to non-dischargeability...
