The plaintiff, Nath Atta Opoku, appeals to this court following the denial of his motion to open the judgment of nonsuit1 that had been rendered against him as a result of his failure to comply with a discovery order. The plaintiff claims that the court improperly concluded that he failed to file the affidavit required by General Statutes § 52-212 and Practice Book § 17-43 in a timely fashion...
