Appellant Byron David Sparks was convicted by a jury of injury to a child under the age of fourteen. Punishment was assessed by the trial court at twelve years imprisonment and a $1000 fine. Appellant brings nine points of error complaining the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support his conviction and the trial court erred in: (1) overruling his Batson challenge, (2) failing to require the prosecutor...
