Defendant-appellant William P. Barron, Jr. appeals from his conviction and sentence for resisting arrest. Barron contends that his trial counsel was ineffective, that he did not receive a fair trial because of prosecutorial misconduct, and that there is insufficient evidence in the record to support his conviction.
