Defendant, Robert A. Holstein, the debtor in this bankruptcy case ("Debtor"), moves to dismiss all counts of the complaint filed against him by Jeffrey M. Goldberg & Associates, Ltd. ("Goldberg"), an alleged creditor of Debtor. Goldberg, in its complaint, seeks the denial of Debtor's discharge as well as a determination of the nondischargeability of Goldberg's particular debt.
