Before the Court is the defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons that follow, the motion is GRANTED.

Defendant, Darryl Breland worked for the plaintiff, American Machinery Movers, Inc. (AMM), for over twenty years. From 1978 until 1994 he was employed as a welder. In 1994 he was promoted to general manager. However, his employment with AMM came to an end...
