Appellant, William Hightower, appeals the termination of the parent-child relationship with his son, W.D.H, III. On appeal, Hightower argues the trial court erred in not applying the standard for the termination of his parental rights as found in the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978, 25 U.S.C. § 1901, et seq.
