The Board of Education of the City of St. Louis ("the Board") appeals the district court's2 order remanding this matter to the Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri (City of St. Louis) for want of subject matter jurisdiction. Because we are without jurisdiction to entertain this appeal, we dismiss.
