{¶ 1} Appellant, Daniel Olah ("Olah"), appeals his conviction from the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas. We affirm.

{¶ 2} On August 25, 1999, Olah was indicted for two counts of rape, in violation of R.C. 2907.02(A)(1)(b), attempted rape, in violation of R.C. 2923.02(A), and gross sexual imposition, in violation of R.C. 2907.05(A)(4). Olah waived his right to a jury trial, and the case proceeded to a bench trial...
