The Iowa Supreme Court Grievance Commission has filed a report with this court, finding that the respondent, Timothy J. Rylaarsdam, has violated the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility for Lawyers. The Commission recommends that Rylaarsdam's license to practice law be suspended for six months.
