In this case involving the Michigan no-fault act, M.C.L. § 500.3101 et seq., plaintiff William E. Maxwell, Jr., appeals as of right from an order granting summary disposition to defendant Citizens Insurance Company of America under MCR 2.116(C)(10). We affirm. The sole question before the court was whether plaintiff, a trial lawyer, could receive compensation for job-related clerical services and transportation provided by his wife as allowable...
