OPINION OF THE COURT

McKEE, Circuit Judge:

Mike Mustafa appeals following acceptance of his guilty plea. He argues that his guilty plea was not knowing, voluntary, and intelligent, and that the district court erred in relying upon the money laundering guideline in calculating his sentence. We affirm the district court's use of the money laundering sentencing guideline, and we conclude that his plea was knowing, voluntary, and intelligent. Accordingly, we...
