This disciplinary action is before us on a report by a division of the Iowa Supreme Court Grievance Commission. The Commission found Stephen Ruth violated the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility based on his criminal convictions for operating while intoxicated, third offense, and domestic abuse assault causing injury. The Commission recommended a six-month suspension. On our review, we find Ruth violated the Code of Professional Responsibility...
