Plaintiffs Jersey Dental Laboratories f/k/a Howard Hess Dental Laboratories, Inc. ("Jersey Dental") and Philip Guttierez d/b/a Dentures Plus ("Dental Plus") filed an antitrust class action against defendants1 on April 24, 2001 in this court.
