James A. McGuire appeals a judgment against him and in favor of Dorothy Kelley in her lawsuit alleging breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and fraud. Kelley retained McGuire, an attorney, to represent her in a personal injury claim against Montgomery Ward.
