National Family Care Life Insurance Company and NFC Marketing Associates (collectively "appellants" or "NFC") appeal the trial court's judgment entered in favor of appellee Frances Fletcher. Fletcher filed suit against appellants for breach of contract arising out of an agency agreement, under which she sold insurance on their behalf. She sought renewal commissions she claimed were vested on termination "without cause" of the Agreement...
