Presently before the Court is Defendants' Campbell Soup Company, Dale F. Morrison, and Basil L. Anderson's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Consolidated Amended Class Action Complaint alleging violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
