Opinion by Justice GRANT.

Drew Lenox appeals his conviction for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated (DWI). The trial court sentenced him to ninety days in the county jail and a $500 fine, but suspended the imposition of his sentence and placed him on two years' community supervision. The record reflects that Lenox pleaded guilty as part of a plea bargaining agreement, which the trial court accepted.
