MARKEY, J.
In this underinsurance-benefits case involving multiple claimants, defendant appeals by right the stipulation and final judgment entered by the trial court in favor of plaintiffs against defendant in the amount of $75,000 for each plaintiff. The stipulation expressly provides that defendant may appeal the trial court's earlier order granting plaintiffs' motion for summary disposition. We affirm.
