(St.Vincent) appeals the summary judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County in favor of Cincinnati Insurance Company (Cincinnati) on a declaratory judgment action on the issue of coverage for damages to St. Vincent's building and its contents resulting from the spread of dust containing asbestos.
