On 20 August 1999 the trial court entered an order terminating the parental rights of Charles McMillon (McMillon) and Janet Earle (Earle), respondents. Respondent McMillon gave notice of appeal on 30 August 1999; respondent Earle gave notice of appeal 9 September 1999. In separate briefs, both respondents contest the trial court's conclusions that grounds for termination exist, and that termination would be in the best interests of Chareese McMillon...
