Logan ("Logan") appeals from the district court's judgment, partially granting the motion for judgment as a matter of law brought by The Original HoneyBaked Ham Company of Georgia, Inc., and HoneyBaked Foods, Inc., (collectively, "HoneyBaked") following a jury trial. Also, HoneyBaked appeals the district court's refusal to grant certain portions of its motion for judgment as a matter of law. For the following reasons, we affirm...
