The plaintiffs, Lombardi Rest Home, Inc., and Rose Lombardi, appeal from the summary judgment rendered in favor of the defendants, Gary Richter and Maria Ludena. On appeal, the plaintiffs claim that the trial court improperly granted summary judgment on the basis of their failure to allege an injury and, thus, to state a cause of action.
