RULING ON MOTION
PARKER, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on the Motion of defendant, Albemarle Corporation, to Exclude the Testimony of Plaintiffs' Statistical Expert, Dr. Thomas Daymont (doc. 129). The magistrate judge, to whom the motion was referred, denied the motion (doc. 164) and the defendant has filed "objections" thereto which the court accepts as an appeal of the magistrate judge's ruling under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A).
