Plaintiff Neville Henry, a prisoner incarcerated at the State Correctional Institution in Dallas, Pennsylvania ("SCI-Dallas"), filed this § 1983 suit on September 22, 2000. (Complaint, Doc. 1.) Henry, who has requested in forma pauperis status, alleges that officials at SCI-Dallas have failed to adequately treat his eye pain and vision impairment. (Id.)...
