This is a civil enforcement action brought by the Securities Exchange Commission ("the Commission") against Enterprises Solutions, Inc. ("ESI" or "the company"), its president and CEO John A. Solomon, and Herbert S. Cannon, whom the Commission alleges controlled the company. The Commission suspended trading of ESI stock on March 30, 2000, and instituted this suit shortly thereafter.
