OPINION

THORNE, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Wasatch Energy Corporation (Wasatch) appeals from a final judgment awarding plaintiff Roger K. Eggett, Jr. (Eggett) $147,559.96 and attorney fees. We affirm.
