This case grew out of a dispute between unions that seek to represent employees working in the catering industry that serves airlines. The union that lost the right to represent these employees contends that the labor dispute should have been decided by the National Labor Relations Board ("NLRB"), and not the National Mediation Board ("NMB"), which is the federal agency charged with the responsibility for labor...
