A jury convicted appellant William Kelly of murder, kidnapping, armed robbery, and possession of a knife during the commission of a violent crime. Kelly was sentenced to death for murder, thirty years consecutive for armed robbery, and five years consecutive for possession of a knife during the commission of a violent crime.
