¶ 1 The Appellant, William Jay Allen, was charged with and convicted of robbery in the District Court for the Twentieth Judicial District in Lake County. The District Court sentenced him to 60 years in the Montana State Prison with an additional 10 year consecutive sentence for use of a weapon.
