Walton was convicted by a jury on one count of possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B), and one count of receiving child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2). In determining his sentence, the district court applied various enhancements under the Sentencing Guidelines, including a four-level enhancement under U.S.S.G. § 2G2.2(b)(3) for receiving an image which "portrays...
