Dana R. Campbell appeals the trial court's dismissal of his medical negligence lawsuit against appellees Drs. John Kosarek, Arthur Evans, and Robert Saxton and Providence Hospital for failing to file an adequate expert report as required by the Medical Liability and Insurance Improvement Act.
