In this appeal, we consider whether, in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding, an obligation to pay for pre-petition legal services is subject to automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362 and discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727, when the debtor has agreed to pay for those services in installments pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1006(b).
