¶ 1 Appellant Dustin Powers pled guilty to one count of leaving the scene of an accident and was convicted after a bench trial of a second count of leaving the scene of an accident arising from the same incident. He challenges the second conviction, claiming he left the scene of only one accident and could not therefore be twice convicted of the same offense.
