In January 1999, two indictments were filed against Lawrence Quinton. In Cause No. 99-79-C, it was alleged in four counts that from 1989 to 1993, Quinton committed five acts of aggravated sexual assault of a child under age fourteen and indecency with a child younger than seventeen.
