NATHANIEL R. JONES, Circuit Judge.

Defendants Charles and Jack Rashid appeal the conviction and sentence of the District Court. Jack pled guilty to conspiracy to commit money laundering and was sentenced to 78 months incarceration with credit for time served, three years supervised release, and restitution of $6,500,000.00. In a jury trial, Charles was found guilty and convicted on 24 of the 29 counts against him. He was sentenced to 37 months imprisonment...
