This is an appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court1 dated May 9, 2001, which granted the Appellee, Option One Mortgage Corp ("Option One"), relief from the automatic stay to foreclose its mortgage on the property owned by Joseph Fields ("Debtor"). For the reasons stated below, we dismiss the appeal.
