This matter is before the court on Defendant Reece Nelson McClure's motion to dismiss Plaintiff David E. George's complaint. Plaintiff alleges claims for relief based on fraud, rescission, unjust enrichment, conversion, unfair and deceptive trade practices, breach of fiduciary duty, constructive trust, and accounting.
