(Harrah's) entered into a termination agreement that ended its gaming development and management opportunities with the Potawatomi Indian Nation (Nation or Tribe), Casino Resource Corporation (CRC) sued Harrah's for breach of contractual and fiduciary duties and for tortious interference with CRC's "contractual and prospective economic advantage."
