¶ 1. DEININGER, J.

Albert Jackowski appeals a judgment convicting him of one count of possessing a short-barreled rifle and one count of possessing a firearm silencer, both felonies. Jackowski claims that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress evidence allegedly obtained as the fruits of an illegal search. We disagree and affirm Jackowski's convictions.
