Defendant-appellee, David M. Thompson, was convicted of rape, aggravated robbery, and felonious assault. In March 1975, he was sentenced to prison terms of four to twenty-five years for rape, four to twenty-five years for aggravated robbery, and two to fifteen years for felonious assault, all sentences to be served concurrently.
