THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. LEROY MATHISON, Appellant.

This appeal was held in abeyance pending a Mapp/Dunaway hearing (282 A.D.2d 283) on defendant's motion to suppress evidence, following which Supreme Court held that there was probable cause for his arrest. We agree.
