On March 18, 1999, Renee Cella filed a dissolution petition against her husband, William Cella. Husband timely filed an answer and a cross petition. He appeared on the day of trial, but failed to reappear after a court recess. The trial court dissolved the Cella's marriage after hearing wife's evidence.
