Following a jury trial, Rodney Richards appeals his convictions of kidnapping, rape, and aggravated assault. Richards contends that the trial court erred by (1) entering judgment on a verdict supported by insufficient evidence; (2) failing to excuse a juror; (3) failing to grant a mistrial after the introduction of an inconsistent statement made by him; (4) admitting his custodial statement as evidence; and (5) admitting certain physical evidence...
